Delivery Policy


Please note that since the UK's exit from the EU on 31/12/20, if you are outside of the UK, your country's customs may require import VAT duties to be paid prior to delivery of your order. Any duties for EU shipments is the responsibility of the customer, not the responsibility of Fragrance Samples UK. If you refuse to pay these duties, your order will be returned to us. Only on safe arrival of the return, will you be refunded for the value of your order, minus the delivery charge (which we have to pay and cannot recoup). Fragrance Samples UK Will not refund any orders that are not returned safely. when the reason for return is non payment of Import Taxes/Duties.

Production and Dispatch

All samples are produced to order. Delivery Estimates are provided at checkout.

For Next Working Day delivery, orders must be placed before 12:00 Midday Orders placed after 12:00 Midday will be dispatched Next Working day.Working days are from Monday to Friday and exclude Weekends and Bank Holidays, i.e orders placed after Midday on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday.

With 'Signed' and 'Next Working Day' delivery, a tracking number for each order will be sent by email (assuming one is provided at checkout) Items can be tracked at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item.  Fragrance Samples UK LTD's stated delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed (except Next Working Day) Fragrance Samples UK LTD is not responsible for and cannot affect the delivery times once the order has left our premises, however if delivery is not made within the stated timescales for paid delivery services, the delivery charge may be refunded. If you are not in at the time of delivery the postman/courier will generally leave a note to say that the parcel has been taken back to the depot where you may pick it up/request a re-delivery. Once Royal Mail have attempted to deliver, it is It is the customer's responsibility to make collection or re-delivery arrangements with Royal Mail. 

Goods Lost in transit UK

Any items not delivered, must be reported to us within 7 days of your order being dispatched and we will try and locate it. Fragrance Samples UK LTD, will not accept claims for non-delivery of items sent by Standard 1st Class Post, if we are not informed of non-delivery within 7 days of dispatch of your order. When informed about non-delivery, We are required by Royal Mail, to wait a total of 21 working days before a claim can be made for a lost item, and therefore we do not consider items lost until 21 Working days have passed. At this point a claim will be raised and a replacement item sent (stock permitting). Where items are out of stock a refund will be made. 

In the event of an order lost in transit the customer is required to cooperate with Fragrance Samples UK LTD and Royal Mail in dealing with the claim. Failure to cooperate may invalidate the claim for a lost order.

Fragrance Samples UK LTD cannot accept responsibility for delayed or lost orders due incorrect delivery addresses being provided. Customers Order Confirmation SMS/Email will state the delivery address given with the order. This is the customer's opportunity to inform us of any errors. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all delivery details supplied are correct to ensure no issues occur with delivery. 

EU Information

Any Taxies/Duties associated with your order are solely payable by you (The Customer) and are not the responsibility of Fragrance Samples UK

Shipment details

All orders are managed by DPD, although DPD may use 3rd party companies to facilitate deliveries on arrival in your country.

If you have provided an email address at checkout, you will receive and email on dispatch of your order. This will give you instructions and a link to view Tracking/Progress of your order.

Delivery times stated are estimates, Fragrance Samples UK will not refund or resend items due to late delivery. 

Goods Lost in transit Europe

Any items not delivered, must be reported to us within 14 days of Dispatch and we will try liaise with DPD and locate your goods.Fragrance Samples UK LTD, will not accept claims for non-delivery of items if we are not informed of non-delivery within 14 days of dispatch, because DPD will only accept claims for lost items for a period of 14 days after dispatch. In the event of an item being lost and reported as above, a claim will be raised and a replacement item sent (stock permitting). Where items are out of stock a refund will be made.
